Our Titanic Day was such a success.  The entire 4th grade loved dressing up and participating in all the different Titanic themed activities.  Ask your child about them!  We were lucky enough to have a reporter from the district come in, take pictures and interview students.  Click the link below to see the published story!

Pack your bags and dress your part!  We are sailing the Titanic!  Make sure your child dresses either as a First Class (fancy clothes, dressed to the nine's), Second Class (normal, daily school clothes) or Third Class (old, tattered clothes) and bring a suitcase.  On Tuesday, November 20th, the fourth graders will be participating in Titanic related activities all day long.  We are dressing the part to really learn about the Titanic, as it is our current reading selection in our anthologies.  We are very excited for this day.

Slippers for Sandy!

11/13/2012

On Thursday, Student Council is having a fundraiser for the victims of Hurricane Sandy.  Students can donate $1 and wear slippers all day.  All donations will be donated to the Red Cross.

We're starting our new math unit on multiplication!  It is SO IMPORTANT that your child knows his/her multiplication facts with automaticity.  Please practice these at home!  You can even go to the "Math Websites" page on our website to find links to other sites to practice those facts!

Attached you will find the Book-It Project for November.  Your student is required to do this project as it will be a grade on the report card.  When completed, your child will receive a coupon for Pizza Hut!  This project was sent home the week of November 5th and it is due, Friday, November 30th!!! Be sure to follow the attached rubric!
